Online comics

These are the ones I follow regularly, so I guess that means I reccomend them.

Sinfest. Lovely artwork. One of the most professional looking strips online. Updates like clockwork.

Isometric.
Isometric
. This comic will widen your horizons.

Sluggy Freelance. One of the most popular web-comics. Amazingly, it's also pretty good once you get into it

Exploitation Now EN is now finished, but a new comic will start soon. Or so says Poe...

kung fool
. A webcomic about a martial arts TV show. Nice art and engaging characters.
Hm. That sounds lame, but it's a damn good comic, honest.

Bruno the Bandit. Conan the barbarian's idiot cousin.

Doonesbury. A classic, online.

Acid Reflux God is a little girl who has just been given her first personal universe. Unfortunately it's a hand me down from her older sister and it's in a terrible state of neglect.

The parking lot is full. Seriously disturbing at times. Now finished, but check the archives anyway

Shlock mercenary. Plasma guns, relativistic weapons and nanotech lifeforms. Cool!

Elf life. Great character development. Baughb the elf is da man (Elf?)

Polymer city chronicles. Recently moved away from gaming commentary and started a storyline. Good move

Life on forbez Clever and professionally drawn sci-fi comic. Currently on hiatus, but there's a big archive to look through.

Pewfell Porfingles Adventures of a slacker wizard. Now part of moderntales.com but you can still read the daily installments for free

Fans Reminds me of the Invisibles by Grant Morrison (Speaking of which, here's his page, no comics there though).

Tang's weekly

Scott McCloud has several complete online comics at his site, and lately he's started a daily.

When I am King, a finished story with an interesting design and a surreal plot

Dicebox, a high quality comic in progress. "It’s like Blade Runner meets Kiki's Delivery Service"?

The Japanese Beetle This comic is now over, but you can find over 4 years of archives to read through, and it's worth your while checking it out

Penny arcade. Frankly I don't understand it half of the time, but it is occasionally funny

Krakow. Has some original ideas in there. And Nazi chicks.

Something Positive. Rather mean spirited strip. I like the boneless cat though.

sexy losers adult humour in several different storylines (Adult as in explicit sex, you are warned.)
